“The God of Impossibilities”

But Moses pleaded with the LORD, "O Lord, I'm not very good with words. I never have been, and I'm not now, even though You have spoken to me. I get tongue-tied, and my words get tangled." ~ Exodus 4:10 (New Living Translation)

Father in Jesus Name let the Spirit show me this blog and use the scriptures to boost my faith. Help me see me in it. Lord, deliver me. Lord, free me, Lord, I run to You because nobody else can help. Amen.

This blog isn’t for those who are free, this is for those who are at their wits end and don’t know what to do. This blog is for those who have given up on trying; this blog is the cry of the heart which says “Lord Jesus, I don’t know what else to do.” When it comes to life we find ourselves in situations that more than likely we did not plan on getting into or worse we see someone we love in a situation we wish they were not in. It’s an IMPOSSIBLE situation! We can find ourselves in deep depression, addiction (to more than drugs and alcohol), homosexuality, all ranges of things that God calls sin but we still look up at God and say “it’s impossible, I’ll never make it through this!!!” How many times have you entered into prayer with the mindset “this is impossible?”  If you’ve walked with Jesus for a little while it’s been at least once or twice.

However, just as Moses was tried with the “impossibility” he was also just about to find out that God who He was talking to was the God of impossibilities.  Moses had excuses, God had power. Moses had depression and discouragement, God has promises and provision. Moses had hurts and pains from his past, behind separated from his parents and family at a young age, but God was “drawing” him out of the water and making him a leader for Gods glory and Kingdom.

God used Moses’ seemingly impossible situations as a catalyst for His divine purpose. Jesus wants to do that with us. Jesus can do that with us and Jesus will do that with us.  Whenever you go and pray and say “God, it’s impossible, it’s not a sign of a lack of faith it’s a sign of dependence on God that boldly worships Him by saying “God only You can help me and that’s all the faith I have left.”  When we face circumstances that seem too high for us remember we have a God out there, in us and all around us that knows. We don’t know why it lasts so long until we look back in retrospect. However, I deny and refute the LIE that if you are on drugs, in deep depression, in homosexuality or in any situation or sin that you don’t want to be in but you are struggling with that God will not rescue you. The Bible says in Luke 18:8 (GNB) “I tell you, he will judge in their favor and do it quickly.”  Lord, You again promised in 108:6 “Now rescue Your beloved people. Answer and save us by Your power.” (NLT) God is indeed the God of impossibilities.  Like Moses, you will look back one day, be shocked, amazing and awestricken that God indeed did do, the impossible.

Father thank You for what You are about to do. Lord, take away this impossible situation. Lord, it’s only impossible so You can show that You are the God of impossibilities. Lord, reveal Yourself to me as the God of my impossibilities.  Lord, increase our faith and if our faith isn’t increase but is dying and on life support let this mind boggling revelation of You being the God who brought us out of Egyptian slavery (be it poverty, a lack of having a child, depression, drug addiction, homosexuality, fornication or any other sin we are captive to) bring us into a greater level of faith in You. Let it be such a faith that we speak with conviction and pray with the same power that You gave to us to overcome. Lord, the world needs You but it also needs us. We need to be free with Your power to pray and do signs and wonders which is freedom and deliverance to people. God You promised in Your Word it would happen. Don’t let Your Word go void.

Daddy, You promised in Mark 16:17 “And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues.” Father, let us cast out these demonic spirits not in Christians but attacking Christians and may we speak, pray and walk in the power and authority of the Apostolic time and age, at any cost, but let us be free so we can go and worship You where You want us to be in Jesus Name. Amen. I love You. We love You. You Love us. Love conquers all and is the greatest spiritual gift, but we can’t give that gift bound, so bring freedom and healing please Lord, we are desperate and out of faith. Father, we claim Your promises over us and our lives ones: “When evil people (OR SATANIC ATTACK: Ephesians 6:12) come to devour me, when my enemies and foes attack me, they will stumble and fall.” Though a mighty army surrounds me, my heart will not be afraid. Even if I am attacked, I will remain confident.” (Psalm 27:3-4 NLT) Father, we rely on You to heal our bodies and bring us out never to go back so we can worship and worship for-real.   Lord, may we only be addicted to the great grace and goodness that finally brought us back to freedom from what kept us captive. Please and Amen.
